Peaceful and pictoresque. The food at the restaurant was amazing. And the sauna, oh so very stylish.

Best resort ever

We spent 3 nights at the Wilderness Hotel. Overall it was a good experience but there is a lot of room for improvement. Amenities are not easily accessible, we dragged our bags in the cold but the hotel had no problem sending a car round at checkout time to tell us to leave (rude!). Super overpriced met with slow service at dinner. The location was good and strategic.

My wife and I travel a lot between work and vacation. This is the best resort we've ever visited. First, the stay are phenomenal people. They are tentative to all your requests and genuinely want to make sure you are having a lovely time. We booked an excursion through the hotel and absolutely loved it. Absolutely immaculate property- beautiful!

It was really good overall. The personnel was very welcoming.They give a Little gift to my son and a Little bag with shampoo and kindar of stuff to us. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and instagrammable. It is close to the Santa Claus village. There were only two concerns for me. First, the room was cool at night.
