"The pool was amazing, view could not have been better. Property even better than pics look, tho pics are lovely. Our property manager host, Clément, was lovely, efficient, on time, etc. He even started us out with stocking some much appreciated refrigerator provisions. The only negative was that we thought we’d have full access to a washer and dryer, but instead housekeeper would do wash and dry for a price. And that was fine except that listing stated w/d with villa. Listing was deceiving but probably not intentionally so. All in all I would not hesitate to book this property again! And can’t wait to come back. "

"Pearl Beach is a gem of a property. Extremely well designed for beauty, utility and comfort. It sits on the beautiful and walkable beach of St Jean. Swimming and water activities are right in front. The beach club vibe is just enough to experience a lively day at the beach, but quiet at night to sleep. The staff is attentive and friendly. The beds and rooms are very cozy and comfortable. We will be back."

"Amazing experience, Constance did a remarkable job for the check-in process and was a fantastic host. The property was immaculate and our kids were enthralled with the pool and the turtles that came right up to our door. Would definitely stay again."

"Very clean, lovely villa. The outside is very overgrown, to get to the beach but manageable to push aside all the overgrown plants/vines to get through.There is also new construction going on on the driveway to/from the property. So there was lots of hammering, drilling, crashing all day Monday-Saturday, which was a deterrent to peace & quiet during daytime hours. We had to wait almost every time we pulled in or out of the property, during the day, as cranes, trucks and equipment were blocking the driveway throughout the days every day.Otherwise, very comfortable home, clean with most amenities as described (grill was broken so we had to make our filet mignon on the stove)."
