"We did not utilize the breakfast area. It is conveniently located to several restaurants for all tastes. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I would choose this hotel again. "

"This house and property are stunning. We had a wonderful stay. We had a small issue at check in and the owner (and her crew) were quick to resolve it. Great communication with the owner. My family and our friends spent the majority of our stay at the house because there was a lot to do onsite (including reading, cooking, hiking, playing in the creek, fire pit, hot tub, relaxing). However, we did spend a day in downtown Franklin and had fun. I have no doubt that my family and I will return. Thanks, Kathy, for sharing your amazing rental with us! "

"The cabin was beautiful, clean, roomy and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy the lake view. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The driveway is steep but doable with all wheel drive. Private, quiet and peaceful. We loved it and highly recommend it!"

My boyfriend absolutely loves the country out there he loves the mom and pop restaurants we loved everything about it had a wonderful time while we were there to visit and site see all the waterfalls. So beautiful if you love the country, mountains, site seeing/hiking, country cooking, mom and pop shops and somewhere with no service this is the perfect place!!!"
