The price was about 3 times too expensive, but it was just what we needed that weekend, as far as a ready made campsite and solid shelter. Nice to have a toilet and shower nearby. Hot water was tricky to use without burns or cold, but worked. Some of the tent sites looked like they offered less privacy, so choose carefully with those.
