"Spectacular! We had 3 families up for a long weekend at Patoka Lake. Location was better than perfect, quick 1 mile drive to the boat ramp, restaurants were close, town a short drive. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the property. Attention to detail was top notch: super comfy beds, plenty of kitchen utensils, appliances, and serving ware for grilling out. The fire pit was awesome-thank you for the s’mores and a lovely vacation spot! Communication with owner was easy with quick...
