"Lovely property, stunning views over the sea. Small lounge diner but large bedrooms. Beds very comfortable. Only downside was having to put coins in the meter and having to keep an eye on it. If the boiler for water isn’t left on the meter lasted much longer and the water stayed hot for the day. Heating is manual electric so cold in mornings until it heats up. Wouldn’t be a problem in the summer. I would definitely stay again, especially as I know what to expect with the coin meter and heating."

"We had a great stay! Tim was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and as other guests have said - the photos don’t do it justice. The bedrooms are good sizes and we had everything we needed. My daughter appreciated the tvs with access to app subscriptions. The hot tub is huge, very relaxing. Lovely to have a fire and outside space. Being next to the stream and right by the waterfall was a great bonus. "

"Pass code given to us for the front door of the annex and was easy to use. Accommodation was beautiful,immaculate and the welcome touches were much appreciated. There is also a seating area in the garden for use. The annex is located in a quiet area which was perfect for us but also not too far from a decent sized co-op (and other shops)if we needed any groceries. We would recommend this to anyone thinking of having a break in the fantastic Isle of man. "

"Very overpriced. We were traveling with a group of 7 so we booked 2 exact apartments in the same building. Vrbo charged me more than our friends paid. They booked through Expedia. I will never use Vrbo again. The owner then charged me more money when we arrived, after the final online payment was made. He stated we didn’t pay for enough people, The apt sleep 7 we had 3 ppl in ours. Explain that? Pictures online were from another much nicer location (catfished). Very unclean. Cheap furniture...

"We had a great stay during the Tourist Trophy race week and enjoyed our stay in Port Erin very much. The house was spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of linen and towels for everyone. The garage was a big plus, as we arrived with private motorcycles.Also, the property manager was really nice and responsive.However, small details matter and left a bit of a sour taste in everyone's mouth:- There was mildew in the corners of the bathtub.
