"I booked this property beacuse it had good reviews, however to my disappointment it wasnt the case. "Hotel had no record that we were coming. Room wasn't ready. No restaurant as advertised. No food available. Not even drinks. No lock on accessible balcony door. Not a good area which was reflected by the high gates and padlocks. Did not even check in. Left immediately. "
