"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel."

"The room was great! The only downside was that there were not enough towels (hand, face, bath), and no paper towels for the kitchen. The building itself was beautiful and very modern- I loved that they had their own laundry room (SO USEFUL🙏). They do have very strict rules when it comes to using the pool, steam room, and sauna. Make sure you RSVP for each one you’d like to use. The host was very responsive and helpful!"

"Absolutely everything about this hotel was spot-on. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was smooth and easy. Check-in was quick. All of the staff were helpful. The room was clean, fresh, modern and comfortable. We regret not eating breakfast there, but if we stay again, we will definitely enjoy what they had to offer."
