"This property is attached to the casino, which helps if you like to gamble. The hotel has a few food options available. There is no pool, which would have been a lovely option or a spa. Its location is great, close to Traverse City and downtown. "

"Made a reservation and pre paid for a king room. When we arrived they said the room we reserved wasn’t available so they gave us a double queen room. Reservation should reserve the room so it isn’t available to sell again!! Hall door didn’t work so had to use pool side door which didn’t lock. Housekeeper walked in on us in the morning because they thought we already left (you should still knock). And sweep the floor in the rooms!!"
