"no shuttle to airport, took 4 hours to check in no front desk person, just a sign saying short staff be back soon. over all the heritage inn needs a lot of repairs, like the computer that is for guests to use was not working, bathrooms need repairs out of order, not enough staff in the lounge and casino, had to wait 15 minutes for a waitress. over all the stay was very stressful."

"A very well designed property with lots of amenities and special touches, like smores and hot cocoa around a fire pit every night. Great live musician on Saturday night at the restaurant! We had a rental car and the ski slopes were only about a 10 or 15 easy drive"

"The room was immaculate. The motel has been remodeled with a 50's theme. It's fun, very quiet and super clean! The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, quiet cool 😎 place to stay while in Bozeman."
