"Excellent experience! Enjoyed our stay. My only dislike was that by not booking directly with the hotel we didn't get any updates/info about our stay. Apparently we were meant to book breakfast but we had no info on when and where we were meant to do this. It was also not explained at check In. Also for park tickets we had to check in so we could get hotel staff to print us tickets before entering the park. "Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter Herrn Haak war sehr gut. Er wohnt direkt auf dem Gelände und ist sofort da wenn man ihn braucht. Der Pool wird regelmäßig getestet und wenn nötig auch komplett entleert und gereinigt - 1A Service. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Garten ist komplett umzäunt (sehr gut mit Hunden). In der Beschreibung des Hauses stand, dass es 1 Doppelbett mit TV und 2 Einzelbetten gibt. Der TV in einem Schlafzimmer fehlte und alle Zimmer sind mit 2 einzelnen Betten...

"The hotel was very family friendly and was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful, the lobby had a kids area which was great and plenty of board games as well , our room was a 6 bed family room ,all bedding clean and the best and most comfortable bed ever, the room was a good size, and bathroom had walk in shower with all toiletries provided. They also had a restaurant /bar and the meals were reasonably priced and very nice , we ate there on an evening good selection of choice ,we didn’t have breakfast as there was a very good supermarket at the back of hotel we bought food there. The hotel is a 5 min walk from Efteling theme park, when we return we will definitely stay here again"

"Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very good restaurant. Free parking. Room good but noisy at night (134)...hard to say what it was...running water?...heating/ cooling system? Safe in room, but no instructions. Tea & coffee making facilities in room. Emergency exits and rooms well signposted but no signs for the reception/ bar/ exit. Shower good but water goes everywhere and there is no drainage outside of the shower."

"The facilities of the hotel are excellent. The only shame is the woodland cabins appear to be removing the kids playground. The reception staff at check in weren't very helpful, we had a tiring train journey and just needed a run around for the boys but they suggested outside of the hotel, they didn't realise they had a playground. Outside of the hotel, little Switzerland is lovely in the woods but there needed better pedestrian access from the hotel. The pool indoors is great, we had kids so couldn't g outside, but meant the indoors was great for the kids. The robot was a bit of a shame, we wanted to use for ice cream but if the phone is on mute you won't know it's there and we ended up with it an hour late, melted and no refund. Restaurant in the hotel - all the food is lovely, very tasty and something for most people."

"Great location just a short walk to Efteling. Very friendly and helpful staff with great tips such as buying drinks from the local Supermarket to take to Efteling. They let us park our car for free early on our check in day, and issued us our key too so we could head straight to the room at the end of the day in the theme park. Can't praise the staff enough."
