"Room director over several bar/restaurants with very loud conversation until 1 a.m. Hotel provides ear plugs which aren't . enough. No curtains in room. No lift. Staff friendly and helpful but not enough to compensate for anyone who actually wants to sleep there. "

"I didn't like that we had to pay a fee to change our towels and sheets so we washed them ourselves to reuse again "
