Staff is really helpful and provided best service. 1 out of the 2 rooms although bieng of same category was smaller than the other. i happen to see a small cockroach in my bathroom , pest control could have been better. Rest its all good , Value for money hotel !!"

"The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."

"This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. The rooms are magnificent, with a balcony overlooking the grounds and lake. The large bed was very comfortable and the staff efficient and friendly. The chef is amazing! Try the Goan fish curry. "
