"Friendly staff. Exterior entry to rooms which I generally avoid. Room was quite dark - needs a central ceiling light or something. No elevator to second floor."

"We arrived an hour after check in, and they were not sure our room was ready. The room was nice, but the floor was sticky throughout the room. I am not a light sleeper, but the acoustics at this hotel allows you to hear everything: fuss baby all night, the banging of the outside door at the end of the hall, the spastic dog that barked at every little noise. We got absolutely no sleep! Do not stay here if you need rest. It is impossible."
