"The property is ideal for groups snowboarding or skiing. A 15 minute walk from the Yuzawa-Gala gondola, which is also the train station. There is also a ski and snowboard rental place 100 metres down the road which offer reasonable pricing, good service and a bus/van drop off service."

"Words cannot convey how beautiful both Murakami and the family who own this apartment are!!! Communication before arrival was prompt and Taiko even dropped any plans to pick me up at the local station saving me money on further transport. Over the 2 week period i stayed here this family made sure i was fed and clothes were cleaned, inviting friends and family around for both food and Karaoke has been hospitality i never knew was possible. "It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location. "

"The apartment for 4 person is located in a building with no elevator, so we had to carry luggage up the staircase. Luckily, we were given 2nd floor unit. The apartment unit is spacious and clean. The staff is responsive to our message and can write in English. Overall still a great stay and would recommend to others. 👍"

"Excellent accomodation, clean, tidy, good amenities and quite comfortable. Bathroom just a bit snug but otherwise very good. Excellent range to choose from for breakfast and had a choice of almost real coffee (automatice machine not barista) but best breakfast coffee yet in Japan."

"I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right opposite Nagano station, and very close to the shopping and dining district. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. No microwave available to heat your food, but there is a 7/11 close by for that. Bed was comfortable and a nice sized TV mounted at the base to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Nagano."

"Semi-double is spacious, enough for my yoga mat and I could stretch my arms out. Water pressure good, hot (4th floor); walls a bit thin (woken up by next door’s snoring). Breakfast was overwhelming. Eat up for your 2,009¥ breakfast and you won’t need any more food for the day! Bath was nice, but could be 1-2C hotter. Will return next time I come to work @universitybbb"
