The private beach area is absolutely dreamy and rental had everything we needed. It was clean, well appointed, and has the best views. "This home is amazing! Our family of 8 spent a week here and it truly has everything you can think of to make your vacation special. There is a water purifying system in the refrigerator and plenty of water bottles so you don’t have to purchase water. No detail has been overlooked, every indoor and outdoor space is perfect and comfortable with plenty of room to relax. The porches have a beautiful view of the incredible ocean and beach, just a short walk from the house. The pool feels wonderful after a day outside. This home is just a short golf cart ride away from everything this amazing area has to offer and the property manager is eager to help you with every aspect of your Beautiful Bahamas Vacation! She has thought of everything you could possibly need-just pack a bathing suit, that’s all you need. We look forward to returning soon. "

"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. Everything was thoughtfully maintained and absolutely stunning. The view is truly breathtaking, and the home offers all the comfort and amenities you could need. We are leaving with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back. The only suggestion we have is that adding a generator would make it even better, as the island experienced a couple of power outages during our stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!"

"The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Loved all the sea turtles that came to see us multiple times a day. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we could need for our stay. Unfortunately, the weather was yucky for our stay but we made the best of it and still had a great trip. We had 3 couples and we were celebrating 2- life long best friends turning 50. We loved having a golf cart to get around but if we had to do over we would probably have rented a car too so we could explored a little more of the area. The owners were super helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. The property manager Jackie was great and also owns a taxi company so we arranged several trips with him during our stay and picked us up at airport and took a us by grocery store on way to house. Jackie and his team were very kind and shared lots of stories about the island. All the locals were very friendly and welcoming. We would def recommend staying ant Palms n Paradise and if you are into boating they have a great dock just steps from the back door. "

"This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!"

"Second time staying here. The location works great for us and the owner is very responsive at answering our questions. The home is perfect for our family who love the easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. People that stay/live there are friendly and even alerted us to a rocket launch that was happening , which was pretty cool to witness."
