"On the positives, the pillows were surprisingly firm! It was close to town and they didn’t bat an eyelid at our dog. On the negative:- The hotel is very tired, floors worn out, baths and toilets are scruffy as is the decor. Our room was not spacious. Parking is an issue as the nearest parking I.e bag carrying distance is 10 mins away. It is not disability friendly as there are steps into the lobby. "Pau is a small town, and this property is outstanding for its location. Great hotel conditions, on top of great staff and food. The staff did their best with transportation, which is difficult for the region and city, and might require some planning for guests. "
