"I was a bit skeptical as the reception desk is cluttered with trinkets but once you walk past reception you are in a beautiful oasis in the middle of a large and bustling city. The room and hotel itself had lots of historical charm and the gardens and restaurant were fantastic. Clear to see why Michelin awarded a star to this little gem."

"Beautiful older hotel property in the heart of Toulouse. Great location if you won't have a car because the entire City core is accessible on foot or by public transportation. Very walkable neighborhood for dining, drinking, or shopping. The less tourist oriented neighborhoods are a 20 minute walk. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed for an older hotel. Very nice bed. Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff will take very good care of you."

"Hotel is lovely, rooms are comfortable and well sized. Staff are helpful and let us leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out (due to flight times). Well located on the main square, though I'd recommend light sleepers bring earplugs. If we come to Toulouse again, we'll definitely be staying here."
