The food was very good but you had to have 3 courses for dinner which you can do for a couple of days but after that we would have gone out to eat dinner. "Upgraded - thank you so much. Loved the room and nice view. Enjoyed the pool too. Everything was CLEAN! Busline 2 stop is in front of the hotel. 6-7mins walk to the fortress. Aldi, Lidl, McDo is nearby too. "

"We were delighted with our upgrade to a suite - from a regular room - what a night and day difference. We were, however, quite disappointed with the repair of the chateau in general. It felt tired, the garden was lovely but didn't have a well kept feel. The pool was average, but the hot tub was not in use, covered up with some old cushions. The staff were amazing - Noelle and her husband took very good care of us."
