"This is the only place I will stay in Cincinnati. I loved the decor, the restaurant, the smell- everything. Customer service has room for improvement. They weren’t unkind, just…blasé. I didn’t feel welcomed, but I wasn’t made to feel unwelcome. The bartender was great. Red hair, glasses. His service was exemplary. "
