"Even though the staff was friendly they were pretty inefficient and rather clueless when we asked for advice or service. The phones from the tents didn’t work so we had to walk to reception every time we needed something. The activities for kids were restricted. The biggest disappointment is the noise, one thinks this is a haven in the desert but lots of huge 4x4 come as early as sunrise for dune bashing, not to mention all the quads....

Spent 4 nights at this little slice of heaven on earth. What a superb product from Jumeirah.
Warmth and calm are the main characteristics embodied by every aspect of the space, from the serene interiors to the the incredible staff that are the most hospitable I’ve ever encountered in any hotel, anywhere in the world. Cannot wait to return to this property which in my opinion, is THE must place to stay in Muscat.
