The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area."

"The hotel is located in a very convenient spot in town, few steps away from the train station and bus stops with plenty of shopping and dining options close by. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and clean and excellent service while checking in and out."

"The hotel was very clean the lady at the front desk Sabine was one of the kindest women ever knowledgeable helpful and a delight to talk to. Any questions we had about the area she was happy to answer a wealth of information.. The shower was good we had a room with a balcony to do was great and it was very roomy. We're both not sure about those square pillows lol but that was a minor inconvenience. The restaurant at night was excellent and the breakfast was very good. But on top of all this you could not find a better location to see both castles on this one. Everything is literally across the street or less than a half a block away."
