A wonderful hotel in a lovely spot. Room 12 has views of both castles! Very clean modern bathroom. Traditional Bavarian decor in the hotel, ideally suited to the location. The waitress wore Bavarian costume.

Very clean and well maintained, great views, restaurant is quite good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

中心地にあるので観光する際にとても便利な立地でした。 古い建物なのでエレベーターがなく、行き帰りのスーツケースの持ち運びが大変でした。チェックイン時はフロントの方がスーツケースを４階まで運んでくださり大変助かりました。

I came to visit Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau with my mother and stepfather and everything was perfect. The location - small Bavarian village out in the country, the hotel was comfortable with friendly service. It was close enough to the castles when taking the bus. Easy to organise as well as the tickets for the castles. Thoroughly recommend it.

We stayed in Best Western hotel in January 2024 for two nights. Excellent hotel, great location, spotless clean , great breakfast, very freindly staff. The lady at the reception Lea is super helpful and very pleasant. Highly recommend the hotel and we are definitely coming back 😀

This hotel is located less than 10 minutes drive from Hohenschwangau (Schloss Neuschwanstein). Service is amazing, staff was very friendly, room was very nice, clean and comfortable,we did not expect such a good hotel for this price, i recommend it to everyone who wants to visit the castle area.

A little hard to find, but once it's found, very nice. Rooms were clean, comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
