"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out...

"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "

Lo cierto es que cuando llegamos, la casa estaba deficientemente limpiada, por lo que nos quedó la sensación de que es una práctica habitual. Casa poco preparada para el verano, mucho calor y ni siquiera un ventilador. Instalaciones obsoletas y espacios...
