"El alojamiento y la comunicación con recepción muy bien, la decepción fue que nos decidimos por este ApartaHotel porque tenía SPA y justo en nuestra estancia estaba “Temporalmente CERRADO”, por lo que fue una decepción para nosotros. Estaría bien recibir una recompensa del hotel para poder volver otro dia y poder disfrutar del SPA. Repito: por el resto, todo muy correco: bien equipado, limpio, tranquilo, bien comunicado, aparcamiento cerca, personal muy bueno en recepción… etc"

"Unfortunately the reception does not open until 5pm - we arrived at 2:0pm and had to go elsewhere as the amenities eg bar, cafeteria etc were closed. Whilst we were away from the site it rained terribly on our arrival at 5pm, so we arrived soaking wet. The chalet accommodation was excellent and provided a good night's sleep."
