"Met at the airport and driven to a tiny entrance door in the wall of a maze! Once inside the cool reception area a few formalities were covered, and I was shown to my room. Mr Abdou was kind and courteous, answering any questions and showing me the walking route to the city centre. The Tagine was excellent and the room was comfortable."

"This property is a good option to stay in if you do not mind staying around 20 mins away from Marrakesh. They do run daily shuttles but the last one is at 8 pm so you have to plan your day accordingly. The taxi fares are otherwise quite expensive which we ended up paying. Otherwise, there is quite a lot to do within the property itself, breakfast was good, a few restaurants of good quality in the property to dine in and activities for the kids."

"We got to the hotel at around 1am, The staff member couldnt find the booking, took around 10 minutes to find it on his system 2nd, i booked this hotel due to getting a free upgrade if rooms were available, exec and family rooms were available but the staff member serving us could not give us an upgrade as he did not know how to and the main staff had gone home for the night 3rd - had 1 bath towel in the bath when room was booked for 2 people "

"This hotel is unbelievable in its attention to details from when you arrive until you leave. The personal touch is there from the start when they check you in with refreshments on the couch.
