The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. "The apartment was very nice. The bed and furniture were very comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony with its great view. The apartment had everything we need for making our breakfast. Everything was clean and the apartment was spacious. We always felt safe here even walking home after dark. It was a bit far from the center of town and we did not rent a car. I think the location would be excellent if you have car. "

"This is our second time staying at Balisier, and as usual we had a fantastic stay. The property was clean, very well kept just as the picture and truly a home from home vacation spot. Ryan is a very good host anything we needed he was on the other end of the phone and arranging it, we lacked nothing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for quality accommodation and a fantastic location in Picard, Portsmouth. Keep up the good work Ryan we will be back."

"This apartment was perfect for our stay in the north part of the island. Sits on a hill, so you get gorgeous views of mountains and ocean, ideal for breakfast on the terrace. Host was very responsive and flexible for our plans. Would definitely recommend!"
