"Bad no electricity 1st day"

"Listen!!!!! This place was the BOMB!!!!!!!!!! This was the BEST stay I’ve ever had in my entire life!!! Everything was FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC!! The food was AMAZING!! The staff was the most amazing magnificent helpful friendly polite ppl in this entire world!!! I loved every single bit of my stay. I wish I could stay there forever. Everything was 10/10. I even did an excursion and the excursion was also the best! I got sick the day before and everyone was so concerned and caring. I will be back there! The assistant manager Wilson was sooooooo sweet, polite and helpful. All the servers were just the most genuine kind spirited people. The hotel had everything I needed and had a nice store in the lobby. The drinks were nicely made and as I said the FOOOOOD!! Omg the Food!!! Anyways, I’ll be back. "

"The property had good bones. Just needs a good scrub down and a few new items like drapes, towels etc. the food needed better protection from the elements as most days we were sharing it with the flies. The noise level was ridiculous, literally didn’t sleep for a week. Came home feeling ill from my pressure being so high. And the power kept tripping out. And the people partying till 3 am in the morning was left screaming in the dark. The steps we very tricky, witnessed an elderly lady fall straight on her back. The gift shop took the cake. Bought a pair of shorts, a beach wrap and a beach bag that came up to a whopping $210 all cheap china material. Almost past out when I looked at my credit card bill. Paid in pasos and had no clue. Overall don’t bother sorry to say"

"The only downside to this property is that I booked and paid for an oceanfront room but was given a bottom floor semi facing ocean view. When I contacted the front office they informed me that the room I received was their oceanfront rooms. So just be aware that what they consider oceanfront is not a true oceanfront room."

"Everything was very clean, and comfortable. Amazing views and quiet space for great vacations. Hosts are very attentive and always willing to solve any inconvenient that could present. I’ll definitely will return. "

"The size of the space and the amazing view were stunning, the bedrooms were large with clean comfortable beds, but it quickly became obvious that many important details needed attention. The WiFi password was not available without calling service desk. The television in the living room had a malfunctioning remote and the cable service remote did not work at all. The television in the bedroom would turn on but had no inputs and no antenna. The bathrooms had limited light and and unknown residue all over the shower floor. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom on automatically with the bathroom light was extremely loud. The air conditioning in the living room did not work. Luckily the beautiful sliding doors could be opened to allow in a significant breeze until a repair tech arrived. There is were also a few roaches. Finally, it is just my opinion but aluminum cookware and a four cup coffee pot are probably not a good choice. Need better frying pans and a 12 cup coffee maker. Number of dishes, glasses, cups and silverware was excellent!!!"
