"The cabin was secluded and quiet, lovely location, and a beautiful sunroom. We were two adults and a baby, and a cat. It was clean and well stocked with linens and utensils. Our baby did well as it was kid friendly. Small but compact and everything was in good working order. WiFi was good. It was close to Mine Kill State Park. We enjoyed our stay very much. "We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. I contacted the property owner and told her our concerns. Her response was “Things and furnitures are as in the pictures posted...

"Other reviews complained about dirty house. A cleaning lady was there when we arrived. House was pristine. Fire pit a beer bottle and vape was there but thats it. But it rained anyway so we didnt use it. The road is a busy road at night relatively not too bad.hiddem fees but they were waived.the neighor has a motion sensor that keeps saying "Hi you are bing recorded" a little off putting. Overall a 4 syar tho. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated home. Plenty of space inside and out in this true 4 bedroom plus a well-stocked kitchen with all the modern amenities. House was immaculately clean and neat with thoughtful modern touches, like a touch sensor thermostat and lamps and an impressive array of coffee making equipment. Jessica was an awesome communicator. Easy place to stay and enjoy the beauty that upstate NY offers."
