"The check in process took about 15 minutes. I could barely understand what the guy was saying. I was basically talking to a screen. It was an easy process but took longer than I’m usually used to. "We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response.
