Let's start this off on a good note, the pillows were comfortable and the shower was hot. Our room was in need of A LOT of TLC. The room did not have a properly operating door lock. We had a key card, but it was useless since you could actually just push on the door and it opened right up. The room could not be left unattended with our belongings since it was accessible to everyone. Unnerving and frustrating to say the least, we were definitely ready to go somewhere else. We needed to request remote controls for the TV twice, as it was not initially provided in our room. The bathroom was in desperate need of a good scrubbing - wrappers, dirt and hair were still on the floor; while the door was was covered in dirty (dust or mud) smudges. The bedside lamp was without lightbulbs and one of the beds had crumbs and hair once the sheets were pulled back.

Staff was nice, room smelt horrible like smoke, all of our belongings stink, our kids asthma got so bad in this "non-smoking" room, sheets with stains, there was pee all over the toilet and shampoo grime on the bath tub with light bulbs unscrewed as if someone else had been staying there.

Nice place to stop

We drove until late and stopped here for the night to sleep and eat breakfast before continuing on our trip. This Best Western met those needs perfectly. The staff was helpful and breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and room was warm on a cold winter night.

Fair price for a good room

Very friendly service. The room was clean and of good size. The location was off the main highway a little ways. The breakfast was pretty good. The bed was comfortable. There was quite a bit of road noise but we just ran our heater on auto. Overall a fair price fo the room.
