Had $35 per day extra charges for amenities ($30) and WiFi ($5). Booking on Expedia site did not mention any of that. Expedia listed free WiFi and no mention of extra charges for basic hotel amenities. Zaza Hotel front desk blamed Expedia for “not getting the information right from our website”. Then “Sorry” and no offering of any compensation. However I did get a 2pm late check out at no extra charge that I appreciated. Would take a lot of time and energy to get the refunded, if even possible. Seems like it was a set up. Just did not feel right. Nice hotel, but bad ending.
