"If there were a way to order room service through the app to your room, I would have ordered a few times over my stay. I couldn’t figure out how to view the room service menu or how to order, but I loved my stay either way."

"Only if I can give a negative number... Highly disappointed solo traveler. Only good about hotel was AC worked properly. The only thing that looks like the pictures from the website is the lobby. Random homeless people walking around at all times of night. Kids outside running the halls and walkways screaming after midnight. Disgusting common areas where people dumped trash cig butts and let their dog poop where ever. Don't NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING SOLO OR WITH CHILDREN, PAY A LITTLE BIT MORE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Poor management due to had to calling multiple times for clean sheets and more wash/dry towels. Did not receive them until next day. I was not going to eat the breakfast there cuz I did not trust the management if they could clean anything properly. "

"I used Hotels.com to book a room with two king size beds. When I checked in I was told it was a room with one bed only. I called hotel.com and the guy with the thick accent could not help me a tow bed room that I originally signed up for. It’s a good thing I only spent 2 nights. My son had to sleep on the floor. What’s frustrating is I went back and tried to verify where I paid for a room with 2 beds but it was nowhere to be found. I will never again use Hotels.com and I definitely don’t recommend them."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and filling, I liked the oatmeal bar and the extra toppings options for the waffles was a surpise but nice touch. Thank you for letting us stay!"
