"Great experience staying at this hotel. However I do wish that the complimentary breakfast hours were longer than 7am to 9am as this hotel is convenient for those who are traveling by using Orlando international airport (MCO). Also, there was a leak in the ceiling in which the receptionist did not wipe up any water that was splattered on the floor. This is a hazardous situation as elderly customers and children could slip and fall. "

"Nice property, but the check in and check out process was cumbersome. Also the showers were never hot. Just the jaccuzzi and sink. There were was a black residue in the jacuzi when i turned it on. Not sure if needed to be cleaned or not? We just didnt use it. Suite was nice w/ the amenities. I didnt like that they were calling us abt bring at a presentation. Whhen we attempted to attend, we were told its "at the high school." I was frystrated, so we went to brreakfast. I really do feel...

"I took my dog with me on this trip and she is a handful and has really bad anxiety. The staff were very accommodating to helping me with her while I went to the parks with my daughter. I notify the staff prior to leaving and would come back to check in. The Communication between the staff and myself was amazing. It was not the first time I stood with them and won’t be the last. "
