"Starnes great and made us feel welcomed. Ensure we knew all the amenities and where they were and all dining options. They slowed down to be personal and take interest in or travels and what was most important. They ensured we received the best room possible and the sunset and sun rise over the river was amazing. "

"Did not have the breakfast (I’m not sure there actually was one). The bed and pillows were great. Other than that, the shower, bathroom, hallways were outdated and dingy. The sink didn’t drain well at all. It was hard to get through to guest services on the phone. But if you need somewhere to sleep and not shower or spend much time otherwise, I would recommend."

"Staff were helpful and friendly during check-in and check-out. Our room was clean and comfortable. We didn't love the pillows, but we're picky, so we probably should have brought our own. We would stay here again."
