"Property location very good all the staff is very good and cooperative like reception, house keeping , or restaurant i know 2 person in restaurant TANISHA & SUNNY, but but propery is 24 year old need renovation in rooms, rooms and wah room condition is not good"

"The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again.
