"We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Costa Rei. The house is situated right on the beach and has everything a family needs for a great holiday. The rooms are well furnished and the house is very comfortable. There are net screens on the windows which keeps the bugs out and allows the sea breeze to cool the house even on the hottest days. "On arrival we were surprised to hear that the villa we had spent a lot of time choosing was not available due to an unexpected issue with the property. However, Fabio had organised alternative accommodation at a villa very close by which was comfortable, clean and spacious with a bottle of wine and Sardinian cakes to greet us. The BBQ area was not as good as the original villa and there was no outside shower which we were looking forward to. The villa was also on a main road from the beach...

"Här är det självhushåll som gäller.. även diskmedel får du införskaffa själv. Lite campingkänsla men med lägenheter. Området jättebra, känns tryggt och rent. Nära till stranden, fina gångstråk. Men när det inte är säsong blir utbudet av restauranger avsevärt liten, ett par mataffär finns i grannstaden Murarvera. Blir lite "dött" i området."

"Amazing property - everything so clean and in order. Garden was outstanding! Graziella and her family were wonderfully kind and generous - they were always available and left us a huge areay of food and drinks to enjoy. A truly wonderful house in a magical location. "Das Haus ist in einer abgeschlossenen Ferienanlage , der Pool ist sehr schön. Es gibt aber nur 2 Liegen Die Lage ist gut, man kann in wenigen Minuten zu 2 schönen Stränden laufen. (Hunde nicht erlaubt) Als wir ankamen fehlte leider der Fernseher, ein Waschbeckensiphon war kaputt, (wurden in der ersten Woche repariert) die Spülmaschine war ohne Funktion, die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen. Der Gesamtzustand der Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Kostenpflichtiges Wlan gibt es nur draußen."

Our only suggestion would be to please provide a welcome booklet for visitors, which includes information on closest shops, restaurants, places to visit: tourist leaflets etc. Also local emergency information e.g. vets, closest hospital etc just in case. Otherwise the property had everything we needed. We definitely would love to come back!"
