"The villa was perfect for our family holiday with ages from 9-70! The house, location and particularly the outdoor area and pool were all wonderful. Carlos the host was amazing at making us feel welcome and helping us with anything we needed and giving us great advise and tips. The villa is a few minutes walk from the beach with many more a short drive away. The local town is also lovely. A wonderful time was had by all, highly recommended and we hope to return!"

"Här är det självhushåll som gäller.. även diskmedel får du införskaffa själv. Lite campingkänsla men med lägenheter. Området jättebra, känns tryggt och rent. Nära till stranden, fina gångstråk. Men när det inte är säsong blir utbudet av restauranger avsevärt liten, ett par mataffär finns i grannstaden Murarvera. Blir lite "dött" i området."

"The beach resort is a step up from glamping, nice layout very well maintained gardens, pool is really fabulous and you can walk to the beach we’re you have access to a sunshade umbrella and beach beds. The beach like most in Sardinia is amazing clear water and great snorkelling. The resort is geared towards local tourism, mainly italian coming over with their cars. While the accommodations are clean they are well worn and can do with an upgrade. Very basic service get got clean towels and sheets...

"Soggiorno piacevole, per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più...in bagno non era presente il kit di benvenuto omaggio doccia(fortunatamente ho portato shampoo e balsamo)..inoltre non era presente un porta spazzolini e dentifricio...per il resto accettabile....bar e ristorante un po cari....pizza buona,menù ristorante da rivedere....un po povero come scelta...gli spaghetti con le vongole abbastanza scarsi ho contato 5-6 vongole esagerando...(22 euro)i calamari erano surgelati (20 euro). Animazione...

"Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in luglio e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della casa. Grande, accogliente e provvisto di tutte le comodità. La posizione era ottima: permetteva una meravigliosa vista sulla costa e sul mare, che era raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Dovendo riandare a Costa Rei sceglieremo sicuramente di tornare qui."

E' fornita di tutti i confort necessari come WIFI, Tv, Lavatrice (un po vecchia ma funziona), scaldabagno, parcheggio macchina, frigorifero e tutto cio che serve in cucina. Zona molto tranquilla a 15 minuti di macchina dal centro dal paese. 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. Molto silenziosa per notti tranquille. La proprietaria e' molto attenta cortese e gentile. "The property and location were just perfect! We absolutely loved our stay; thank you Emmanuel. Our only suggestion would be to please provide a welcome booklet for visitors, which includes information on closest shops, restaurants, places to visit: tourist leaflets etc. Also local emergency information e.g. vets, closest hospital etc just in case. Otherwise the property had everything we needed. We definitely would love to come back!"

"Het huisje ligt op het terrein van Welmoed, met alle privacy en comfort en uitzicht op olijfbomen. Midden in de natuur. Voor ons was het een heerlijke basis om de omgeving te verkennen. Uiteindelijk werd Spiaggia Di Porto Paglia ons favoriete strand. Chauffeurs: de laatste 300 meter naar het huisje kunnen lastig zijn voor mensen die alleen maar asfalt gewend zijn. "
