"Our room was great. The pool and hot tub was great also. The court yard area, we really enjoyed. The staff at the front desk when we arrived could improve on customer service skills. For example, our stay included free breakfast for 2. I had no idea we needed a ticket for that. So in the morning I help my self to breakfast (because it said it was included) then the lady at the bistro says “ hey you know there’s a fee or do you have a ticket?” She made me feel like I was stealing.
