The front desk clerk, Aiden was amazing! He deserves a raise. We had dinner every evening in the bar and grill. Lindsay in the bar/grille was very good. Jamey/Caroline, the Chefs, prepared our food excellently and we found pricing to be very reasonable. The Staff members I mentioned were very personable, kind and a complete pleasure to speak with!

The sink in the bathroom took about 2 hours to drain as though it was clogged but the only thing that we put in the sink was water. The grout in the shower looked like it was dirty and the floor of the shower also looked dirty. We didn't use the shower. The noise was awful, sounded like there was a gymnastic meet above us and the kids yelling in the hall at 2 and 3 am was unreal. The room was fine and the staff at the counter were wonderful, polite, kind and helpful with directions. We would stay again if it was for one night but not sure if we would stay longer due the condition of the shower.

The hotel was nicely decorated. The room was clean, staff was accommodating. We did have to go downstairs and retrieve a set of sheets for the sofa bed in our room. Also there were no bellhops available, but overall we had a nice stay.

Hotel is a little old and ready for an upgrade. Staff was amazing, especially Dave, cheerful, professional. Has the best beds and pillows I've seen in any hotel, including those at twice the price. Overall, I would stay again, the beds and staff make up for an aging facility.

Room was not very clean, outdated, pool and hot tub are very small and can feel very overcrowded. Chemicals were excessive with chlorine burning our eyes just sitting by the pool. Patio is a nice option.
