We had some small technical issues that were taken care of quickly by a very friendly maintenance man. The half bath and full bath were challenging for us but we managed to make it work. "I can't remember the last time we had an incredible hotel experience like the one we had. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Cleveland. It was extremely clean, staff was cheerful and courteous, amenities were numerous, and free breakfasts, dinners and drinks was icing on the cake. "
