I called and emailed prior to arrival to confirm booking, time etc. as this is a remote area. The phone was off, no response to email. "The property is ideally located a short distance to Quorn. Hamish and Belinda, the owners were delightful to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. The single bedroom accommodation we chose was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and it wanted for nothing. A wonderful location which we highly recommend. "

We enjoyed having the spillover space of the common room for breakfast and games (& we happened to have it to ourselves). "Wilpena Pound Resort is legendary for a reason. It's in an amazing location, with a wealth of different accommodation options. We stayed in the 'safari' tents, which exceeded my expectations. As it was peak summer, with temperatures reaching 40 degrees, it was a huge relief to come back to an air-conditioned room, with access to a high quality bathroom."
