"Property was in a beautiful location a little out of the way but was driving so wasn’t an issue. The lady on check in was very helpful and also kindly gifted us a drinks voucher for that evening. The room was massive, even had a sitting area, very clean, slightly dated but for what we paid found it very good value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."

"It is nice. Staff tried to be helpful. No WiFi in 2 rooms, we switch 2 room bevor we get one with constant WiFi. One rooms TV was broken, nobody tell us that, we figured it out after we moved in. Restaurant are fine, pricy like everything in Switzerland. Stuff was not really nice, kinder neglecting us, probably because we were with small children. Not bad, but for this price schuld have been much better…"

"Die 4 Übernachtungen im Ferienhaus Apfelbaum haben uns richtig gut gefallen. Krinau ist ein süßer kleiner Ort mit tollem Dorfladen. Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche hatte alles, was es zum Kochen braucht. Die Ausstattung ist reduziert aber sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. "

"Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Wohnung sauber und warm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit dem Zubehör wie Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher,Tooster. Herdplatte und Backofen auch Spülmaschine. Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden und alles frisch.Musikanlage und Fernseher haben wir nicht gebraucht weil keine Zeit dafür gehabt.Die Wanderwege sind gut ausgezeichnet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch da : nicht weit weg hoch ein Kiosk zum selbst bedienen, unten im Dorf Lebensmittelgeschäft und...

"Das "Berghüsli" ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Die Inneneinrichtung versetzte uns auf wundrbare Weise zurück in Großmutters Zeiten.Die Betten, das Geschirr und das Badezimmer sind neu und einwandfrei. Die herrliche Lage mit Blick auf Säntis, Churfirsten und den Speer ist unvergleichlich.Die frische Bergluft und die absolute Ruhe sind Erholung pur.Es war also wunderschön und wir kommen gerne wieder."

"We added Appenzell to our itinerary and am so glad I did! We stayed here which is 30minutes from Appenzell but it was hands down the BEST place we stayed in. We had chocolates waiting for us, coffee and or tea was available. The place was immacualte. And, it felt warm and inviting. There were only 3 of us but a nice size family could stay here very comfortably! Be sure to have Franc's ready to go to settle up your rental expense. If not, there's a bank across the street you can easily withdraw...
