"Extremely unhappy with our stay. House needs repairs. Dangerous getting into house. Uneven walkway needs to be repaired. Creates a tripping hazard, also needed is a railing up to porch, as well as no hand railing going to second floor. Heat was off house temp 51 when we arrived. Took over an hour to figure out how to operate the nest style thermostat. No instructions on that. Once the thermostat saga was figured out the forced hot air system was adequate. Texted agent (9pm) never got back...
