"The place was not cleaned prior to our stay and we received the wrong confirmation and code to get into the incorrect place after carrying all of our suitcase up stairs very limited air conditioning The place was situated conveniently if they just put a little cleaning and fixed the moldy bathroom and the items falling apart it would be an amazing place to stay "

"We were a party of 10, and had a comfortable stay at Terrie’s beautiful home. The teens had a great space upstairs with a pool table, games, and plenty of beds. The adults enjoyed the main floor with a fully stocked kitchen, big dining room table and cozy sitting area. Downstairs was a perfect space for all our ski gear. We’d definitely return for another stay! "

"A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again."

"Stayed there during nearby music festival, and could not have been more satisfied. Juliann greeted us and is the sweetest host I've ever met. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her guest's happiness. Loved our stay and will be back next Summer!"
