"The room was spotless and even had refillable water bottles, which you can refill with your choice of flat or sparkling water. The staff was fantastic and the hotel and rooms were clean and modern. We loved relaxing in the library with a roaring fireplace and making complimentary smores kits on the fire pits! Will definitely return."

"The room was spotless and spacious! The view from the room of Seneca lake was stunning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They gave us a complementary bottle of wine for the room and a free wine tasting for two at the winery. The breakfast was also a nice welcome given that a lot of places do not offer complementary breakfast anymore. The drive from the Inn to Watkins Glen harborn was very quick and it was nice to get outside the main town. There are also several vineyards around the Inn that you can stop in for tasting so the Inn's location is very convenient. The restaurant at the Inn also served some top quality food. I would stay here again when I visit the Fingerlakes."

"We were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, the bed linens and bathroom. The staff was very courteous and helped us resolve an issue with the ability to charge our phones ,( no USB support yet). The suggestion would be to warm up the room slightly prior to arrival. Other than that ,- it was a great stay. "
