"Lovely well maintained Victorian home on a corner lot. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and landscaping were nice. Two block walk to watch trains. Large dining and livingroom. The only issue that became a large issue is that there are only two mini splits for air conditioning. The dining/livingroom and one bedroom upstairs had air conditioning. "I loved the apartment - so nice. We didn't get to walk around the neighborhood but we did get to talk to one of the neighbors - she was great. She explained all about the parking rules in the neighborhood. It never occurred to us to ask. Due to a misunderstanding and a medical procedure that didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped, we could not climb stairs and needed to quickly get a room elsewhere. "1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3.
