"The apartment was gorgeous, all updated appliances and a great kitchen to cook in. Despite an unplanned electrical outage caused by construction, the host was communicative and we were only without power for a couple hours. The neighborhood wasn’t great - we did not feel very safe and ensured no one went out alone, and because of that we probably won’t stay again despite the host and apartment being fantastic. "

"We booked this beautiful home while visiting family attending the University at Albany. The house was very cozy and welcoming. Brenda and family went above and beyond to ensure our stay was terrific. "

"The unit itself is very nice and has many modern touches. We loved the gaming setup and enjoyed all the modern touches. The kitchen and bathroom are really well done and made our stay enjoyable. The surrounding area/neighbors are not the best. The parking is in an adjacent medical center lot and you have to walk by neighbors who threw things at us and generally spent the entire time outside. This is also along a main road and the building shakes often from the trucks driving by,."

The Clocktower Hotel at Century House, an Ascend Collection Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed one night on a Sunday, because we didn’t want to drive home in the dark after a three-day walking pilgrimage from the Lake is the Blessed Sacrament to the shrine of the North American Martyrs. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Pool was good for swimming laps (entire pool is also 4-1/2 ft deep). Fridge in room was not very cold but the desk staff kindly put our food items and ice pack into a service fridge/freezer for us. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again after next year’s pilgrimage!"
