"Tight bedrooms, negligable"

"The house is not clean! Owner states she has a cleaning service, but house had all sorts of bugs, dust and dirt in the bathroom corners and bedrooms. One bed quilt looked like it had dried blood on it. House was HOT!! We had to buy fans to cool down. When we left for the day, we left the air conditioner on, but when we returned it was off!??
