"Very nice place to stay, very welcoming. If I had to suggest a couple items. Trimming back the bush/tree line in both directions at the foot of the driveway. Retain trash bins for bags of trash or miscellaneous trash worthy items to easily dispose of. Also for those who do not read the book, “slow clearing, please hold to flush” on both toilets. Other than that, this place was wonderful to stay at with my family and close to anything at chautauqua Lake."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this place in Dewittville right on Chautauqua Lake! The property was well kept, clean and the backyard was right on the water front. The hosts put in a new dock which made viewing the sunrise or sunset outstanding. The enmities like the washer and dryer and the pool was a real plus and came in very handy. It felt like we were staying right at home. The hosts were excellent too, friendly and very prompt in returning communication. I would recommend staying here...

A vast array of things to see and do are a short drive away. However, "doing nothing" just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the lakeside view was another appreciated option. "We travelled in on motorcycles for scenic foliage and wasn't disapointed. The bar had everything - food,and a warmer Staff. Dinner did not dissapoint either in the restaurant. The property was very well maintained. The lake views were stunning. With our room facing westward, the sunsets were postcard perfect!"
