"This is a basic hotel, no room service or phone in the room, but really clean and well organized. Staff was friendly, breakfast was diverse and good, coffee and tea available all day. You do have to pay €19 euro per day for parking which was not clear on the listing. Location wise it is walking distance to the center. Overall we felt comfortable and would stay again. "

"Great central location. Gives the vibe of a Mom and Pop operation. No A/C, but the rooms have fans. Priced well. Clean rooms. The only available parking space was underground and expensive. There are no laundry facilities, only the usual laundry services. I walked to a nearby laundromat. All good otherwise. "

"We had two different experiences at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights then returned for one night. This a review for our 3 night stay. "The rooms are comfortable. The location is great. The service was not great. We ended up having to pay for a second night of car garage without being told the rules about when we needed to return the key for the garage. It was a simple misunderstanding that they refused to acknowledge or accept. It is the simple things that make a difference and make me want to return to a hotel. They were not accommodating, understanding, or honest in the transaction. "

"Beautiful studio apartment close to Old Town and Neckar Bridge. It was very modern, clean, with a small kitchen and lots of storage. This hotel was within walking distance to stores, restaurants and bars. Around the corner from train station and bus terminal. I would definitely stay there again."

"I visit the property in 2019 and it was better maintained and breakfast was better. The hotel changed owners and it is not the same quality anymore. They forgot to clean our room, we had at 8.00 am breakfast and where not in the room the whole day, we got clean towels and the reception. Next time I look for another hotel, it is expensive and for that price I find something else. "
